Welcome to Supermanager!
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") constitute a binding legal agreement between Unlock Destiny, Lda., a private limited liability company registered in Portugal under the registration number 518949958, with its registered office at Av. de Berna n.º 30, 2.º B, 1050-042 Lisboa, Portugal, and with the capital of €100,00 ("we" or "us") and you, the individual or entity subscribing to our services ("you", "your", "Client", "User").
1. Introduction
Supermanager is a remote personal assistant service provided through carefully vetted professionals, designed to help busy founders and professionals manage both personal and business tasks efficiently.
By creating an account, subscribing to or using Supermanager in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our services.

2. Services
Core services
Supermanager provides comprehensive remote personal assistant services designed to handle a wide range of digital administrative tasks.
Our Personal Assistants ("PAs") provide remote administrative and operational support services. These services may include travel research and bookings, research, document organization, expense tracking, online purchasing and follow-ups, document preparation, reporting, and general administrative assistance. Services do not include tasks requiring physical presence or specialized professional licenses.
Service Features
All our plans include the following features:
- Managed Task Execution: Tasks are delivered by Supermanager through its platform and internal team, ensuring consistent quality, continuity, and operational efficiency.
- Multi-Channel Access: Submit tasks via the App or WebApp.
- Multi-User Access: Share your account with team members, partners, or family members.
- Customer Dashboard: Track tasks in real time, monitor credit usage, and access your full task history through the App or WebApp.
- Language Support: Tasks can be requested in multiple languages.
Service Limitations
While we strive to be as helpful as possible, there are certain limitations to what Supermanager can perform, such as:
- Physical or in-person tasks
- Licensed professional services (such as legal, medical, financial advice)
- Tasks requiring specialized certifications
- Tasks involving access to clients' bank accounts or investment portfolios that allow money movement without explicit permission
- Tasks that violate laws, ethical practices, or our company values.
We reserve the right to decline any task at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, tasks which fall outside the agreed scope of our services, which appear unreasonable in terms of volume or complexity, or pose potential risks (legal, security, or otherwise). These restrictions ensure that we operate safely, legally, and effectively for all our clients.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Supermanager operates under a fixed monthly subscription fee plus a pay-as-you-go usage model.
The fixed monthly fee grants 42 credits to spend on tasks, access to the platform, task management, and ongoing support.
The pay-as-you-go model is billed separately based on usage beyond the 42 credits, according to the credit system described below.
The current fixed monthly fee is €199 + VAT, subject to confirmation and potential adjustment without further notice.
Note that unused credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods and will expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
Credit System (Pay-as-you-go)
Usage of Supermanager's services is measured through a credit-based system. One (1) credit corresponds to ten (10) minutes of task execution time. Credits are consumed as tasks are executed and are tracked in ten-minute increments, starting from the moment a task is initiated.
Once the credits included in your monthly subscription (42 credits) are exhausted, task execution will automatically continue under the pay-as-you-go model. This option is enabled by default on your account but can be turned off at any time.
The cost per credit on the Pay-As-You-Go model is €4,7+VAT per credit consumed, subject to confirmation and potential adjustment without further notice.
Billing and Pricing
Supermanager operates under a hybrid pricing model consisting of a fixed monthly subscription fee combined with pay-as-you-go usage.
Clients are charged a fixed monthly subscription fee, billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. This fee includes 42 credits for the applicable billing cycle. Subscription fees are automatically renewed on the same calendar date each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any usage exceeding the credits included in the monthly subscription will be charged under the pay-as-you-go model, based on actual credit consumption. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed in arrears. To limit outstanding balances, Supermanager may charge accumulated pay-as-you-go usage before the end of the billing cycle once a predefined spending threshold is reached. Any remaining balance will be charged on the regular monthly billing date.
All fees are payable via the payment method given by the client. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable, in accordance with Portuguese and EU regulations.
Supermanager reserves the right to review and adjust its pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the services after the effective date of the pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing. Clients who do not agree with the updated pricing may cancel their subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Registration and Account Management
Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe and use Supermanager.
Account Creation Process
To create and use your Supermanager account, please follow these steps:
- Visit super-manager.com and describe the first task you would like our team to complete.
- Sign up to access your task dashboard and receive our personal assistant's response.
- Add a valid payment method to your account. You will receive three (3) free credits upon registration. Once these credits are used, you must have an active payment method on file to maintain access to your tasks and their progress.
- After setup, you may use Supermanager to submit, manage, and track all of your tasks through the platform.
We reserve the right to decline a registration or subscription order at our discretion (for example, if Supermanager is at capacity or if we suspect misuse).
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials or account with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@super-manager.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Multi-user access must be configured through the platform (Account → Collaborator → Invite Collaborators).
Account Information
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
5. Service Usage Guidelines
Task Submission
Tasks should be submitted exclusively through the App or WebApp. When submitting a task, please include detailed instructions, relevant deadlines, and any necessary attachments or context that will help your personal assistant complete the task efficiently.
For urgent tasks requiring same-day attention, please clearly mention their urgency in your message, though we note that urgent task completion is provided on a best-effort basis and subject to availability.
Response Times
After receiving your request, your PA will respond according to the following timeframes:
- Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Lisbon-time.
- Standard response: Within 24 hours, during business hours.
- After-hours submissions: Processed for the next business day
- Urgent Tasks:While we aim to accommodate requests for urgent tasks, their completion is subject to availability and will depend on the scope of work involved. We strive to complete tasks efficiently and promptly; however, various factors can affect our ability to respond immediately, especially during peak demand periods. Therefore, it is essential to communicate directly and regularly with your Personal Assistant well in advance of the task's deadline.
If a task cannot be completed within the estimated time frame, we will notify you and suggest alternative solutions.
Note that we aim to complete all tasks promptly and accurately. However, some tasks requiring significant research or coordination may take longer than anticipated.
Communication Protocol and Security
All communication with your PA must occur through authorized channels to ensure proper tracking, security, and service delivery - such as Supermanager's App. It is strictly prohibited to contact your personal assistant through their personal phone number, private WhatsApp, or any other unofficial channels. This policy protects both your privacy and that of our team members while ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
Communication using Supermanager is primarily asynchronous, allowing you to send messages anytime. Your PA will respond within the agreed timeframes, ensuring seamless support without the need for direct calls or meetings.
For your security and privacy, we strongly advise that you do not share sensitive personal or financial information through our communication channels. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, social security numbers, or other confidential financial data. If a task involves payments or financial actions, please ensure that no payment methods or transactions are executed without your direct review and authorization. To ensure secure and controlled payments, we recommend using Supermanager's Transactions feature for any task-related expenses, including flights, hotels, and other bookings.
By sharing information through our channels, you acknowledge that you understand and assume the risks inherent in digital communication. While we implement reasonable security measures including secure storage, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted digitally. You agree that we are not liable for any breaches or losses resulting from your decision to share sensitive data through our communication channels, and you should exercise appropriate caution when determining what information to share.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Supermanager for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these T&Cs. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations, infringing upon intellectual property rights of others, harassing, abusing, or causing harm to any person, transmitting malware or harmful code, attempting to circumvent our security measures, reselling or commercially exploiting our services without authorization, or requesting tasks that are illegal, unethical, or outside our service scope.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Supermanager is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. Your information may be shared internally among Supermanager team members as needed to complete tasks but will never be shared outside the company without your consent, or as requested by you to provide the services. All our staff and PAs are bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Trial, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Trial
Supermanager provides each new user with three (3) free credits to experience the Service. These credits allow the Customer to create and manage tasks without providing payment information initially.
Once the Customer has used all three credits, continued access to active tasks or the creation of new ones will require the addition of a valid payment method to their account.
No charges will be applied during the free trial credits. However, any further use of the Service beyond the trial will be billed according to Supermanager's standard pricing terms.
It is the Customer's responsibility to monitor their credit usage and manage their subscription settings. Supermanager will not issue refunds for any charges incurred after the free trial credits have been exhausted and payment information has been added.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Supermanager subscription at any time by accessing Plans & Billing on the App. Cancellation will prevent the next renewal; you will still have access to Supermanager but won't be able to add new tasks or receive tasks updates. We do not provide refunds for early cancellation or for unused time/credits in your plan, except as stated below.
Refund due to Service unavailability
We strive to keep our service running reliably. If our services (App or WebApp) become unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours of downtime) due to our fault, you may request a refund or credit for that month. "Service unavailable" would include situations like our platform being down such that you cannot submit tasks, and no alternative method is functioning (neither App and WebApp). Minor intermittent issues or delays do not count as extended unavailability. Any approved refund for extended downtime will be proportional to the impact (up to a full month's fee in extreme cases). Aside from such service outages, refunds are generally not offered.
Unused Credits
Credits unused by the end of your subscription period will not be refunded and won't roll over to the next active month.
Right of Withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer (i.e. an individual acting outside of the scope of a business) residing in Portugal or the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days from the day of subscription.
To exercise this right, e-mail us at hello@super-manager.com, with the subject "Withdrawal Notice" and include your name, the email associated with your Supermanager account, the date of signup, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period, or reach us by post by using the model withdrawal provided at the end of these T&Cs.
If you do not make any use of the service in the first 14 days, then exercising your withdrawal right will entitle you to a full refund of any subscription fees paid. However, if you consent us to begin providing services immediately (i.e. during the 14-day withdrawal period), you acknowledge that you are requesting early service performance. In such cases, if you later exercise your withdrawal right within the 14 days, you must pay for the portion of services that was provided up to the time you notify us of withdrawal.
If you exercise your 14-day withdrawal right, we will deactivate your subscription and reimburse all payments we have received from you (except the proportional service fee as described above, if applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the refund. We will confirm by email when your refund has been processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on Supermanager's platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We (or our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in Supermanager's platform and the services, including the brand name "Supermanager" and associated trademarks.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and materials for your use of the service only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform or content without our prior written consent. For example, you should not take text, scripts, or software from platform and use it elsewhere. You retain ownership of content you provide us with and grant us a license to use that content for our service provision. If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, note that we may use that feedback and suggestions without further obligation to you.
Any misuse of our intellectual property or violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and could also have legal consequences.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from our breach of these T&Cs or failure to perform our services with reasonable care and skill shall be limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The limitations above do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Portuguese law.
When we interact with third-party services on your behalf, such as making bookings or purchases, we act solely as your agent and are not a party to those transactions. The terms and conditions of those third parties will govern your relationship with them. While we exercise reasonable care in selecting and dealing with third parties, we cannot guarantee their performance or accept liability for their actions or omissions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlock Destiny Lda, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these T&Cs, your violation of any law or rights of third parties, or your misuse of our services. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these T&Cs.
10. Termination
Supermanager reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these T&Cs. In such cases, no unused credits will be refunded.
Upon termination or expiration of your account, your right to access and use Supermanager will cease. We will remove your App and WebApp access. You should download or save any important information from the Customer Portal prior to termination. We have no obligation to retain your data or content after termination, except as required by law or our data retention policies. However, any privacy obligations and confidentiality commitments we made continue to apply even after the contract ends, as do the intellectual property and liability limitations and other clauses that by their nature should survive.
11. Amendments
Supermanager reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of Supermanager after such updates implies acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
Pricing adjustments may be made on an annual basis with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply only to future billing periods, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription if you do not accept the new pricing.
The latest version of these T&Cs will always be available at super-manager.com, with the last updated date clearly indicated.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Portugal.
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@super-manager.com to attempt direct resolution of any concerns or disputes.
Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, with Lisbon as the default venue unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer residing in Portugal, you may choose to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
If you are a consumer, you have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. You can access the list of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Additionally, you may submit complaints through the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt, which will be forwarded to us and the relevant authorities for review.
13. Final Provisions
If any clause of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These T&Cs (along with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Supermanager services.
