A letter from the founders

Every company, every executive is forced to build some kind of structure to handle administrative work or to do it themselves. Everyone has it, it lives internally as a fixed cost that demands management and attention it was never meant to take.

We felt it ourselves. As managers involved in several businesses, we needed support with everything outside the core, so we could put all our time into creating real value. But there was no solid option out there: immediate to access and able to scale up and down as our needs changed.

We're Fred, Orlando and João. We built Supermanager on a simple belief: we do the grunt work, you get the time to be one too.

Our mission is to give any company or executive a way to safely delegate all their administrative work at a 100% variable cost, paying only for the human time it actually takes.

There's never been a better moment to do it. We let AI do the automation and remember the context, reserving human judgment and execution for the moments that actually need it. Before, you paid for 100% of a person's time, idle hours included. Today, you pay only for the 10% that's actual output.

Every week, we ship new technology to fit our clients' routines and tools, and to work alongside our human assistants so AI and people form a perfect symbiosis, maximizing efficiency and quality on any task. Always tuned to each client's preferences.

We're the trusted admin support arm of any company, executive or founder. We combine the best technology with specialists across different areas to handle your request with maximum efficiency and rigor.

No building an agent, no wondering whether it's doing things right, no busywork stealing your nights, no paying for idle hours, no scrambling for cover when they're on holiday, no admin backlog waiting for you every Monday morning. We do it for you and close it with the human touch you want, done the way you like it.

Focus and peace of mind, starting now. We can't wait to work with you.
